Senior Social & Content Manager

We’re looking for another Senior Social & Content Manager to join our growing Social & Content team, working primarily on a global brand account.
Reporting to Cassette’s Strategy & Content Director, your role is to lead digital storytelling, oversee content creation and build data-driven content strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
You’ll work across social media (paid and organic), websites, SEO/GEO, blogs and email marketing, collaborating with strategists, creatives, designers and account teams to turn client objectives into engaging, effective content.
What you’ll do:Working with our strategy team, translate client marketing and campaign strategies into content marketing plansDevelop social and content ideas informed by client objectives, audience insights, channel best practice and cultural trendsBuild, publish and maintain content calendars for our clients, across both organic and paid social as well owned channels such as website and email marketingWrite engaging, brand-aligned and SEO/GEO-friendly copy for captions, EDMs, and blogsManage creator-content and influencer partnerships to ensure consistent, on-brand contentWork with our Content Producer to create brand-owned content, from product photography to campaign storytellingReport on content performance and provide insights to optimise growth and engagement
You’ll be the perfect fit for us if you have:Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience across copywriting, social media and content marketing, ideally within an agency or similarly fast-paced environmentMinimum 4 years experience client or agency sideExperience overseeing both organic and paid social strategiesExcellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to confidently adapt different brand voices across audiences, channels and formatsExperience developing content ideas, plans and calendars across social media, websites, blogs and email marketingA strong understanding of major social platforms, alongside the broader content ecosystem including websites, email marketing and SEOWorking knowledge of CMS, email marketing and social scheduling platforms. Experience with WordPress, Zeta or Sprout is a bonus
