EOI - PRACTICE LEADER

Our Murray Bridge office is seeking internal expressions of interest for a Practice Leader to provide expert guidance, share social work knowledge and build capability across the team. As Practice Leader, you will focus on quality, learning and reflective practice, helping staff strengthen their work and decision-making.

This is an opportunity to influence how we work, support colleagues, and shape standards, policy and strategic planning across the organisation. Working closely with the Office Manager and Supervisors, you will respond to emerging issues, share insights and contribute to key practice discussions.

In this role, you will:

• Provide practice leadership that supports high-quality, consistent practice
• Build staff capability through coaching, mentoring, reflective supervision and learning
• Apply expert knowledge to casework, practice matters and decision-making
• Lead quality improvement activities that support continuous learning
• Demonstrate cultural awareness through safe and respectful practice.

• You bring sound professional judgement and a commitment to reflective practice
• You understand child protection systems and their impact on families and children
