Night Manager - Oval Hotel

We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as Night Manager.

As the senior leader on duty, you'll be trusted to lead hotel operations overnight, balancing guest service, team leadership, hotel security and operational accountability. From managing end-of-day audits and reporting to supporting guests and ensuring a safe, seamless overnight experience, you'll be a key part of delivering the standards and Mark of Service we're known for.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Leads by example and supports a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Delivers exceptional guest experiences and consistently lives our Mark of Service.
• Maintains high operational standards and attention to detail.
• Can confidently make decisions and resolve issues when required.
• Works collaboratively with teams across the hotel to ensure smooth operations.

Your skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a hotel front office, guest services or operational leadership role.
• Strong guest service and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Sound judgement, problem-solving capability and the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with hotel systems, night auditing requirements are highly regarded.

Working closely with the Rooms Operations Manager and wider hotel leadership team, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the hotel overnight, lead a dedicated team, oversee critical auditing and reporting processes, and ensure every guest enjoys a safe, seamless and memorable stay.
