Receptionist

Our Orthodontic practice in Camberwell is seeking a motivated, energetic person to join our reception team. The successful applicant will have a high level of initiative, neat presentation, pleasant phone manner and a desire to learn. Hours required are 7:30am - 5:30pm, 4 days.

No university students and must have permanent residency in Australia.

To be considered for this role, you will possess the following qualities or attributes:

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Excellent organisational skills

• Be computer literate

• Positive attitude and proactive nature

• The ability to work in a team environment

• Show care and concern for patients

• Ability to multitask

• Experience in orthodontics or dental is advantageous

Key responsibilities included but are not limited to:

• Booking appointments

• Managing diaries and schedules

• Focusing strongly on customer service

• General administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning and printing

• Dealing with telephone enquiries

• Archiving of files

• Mail

• Banking
