Supervisor

Rivareno Gelato is a high quality gelateria in the Sydney region with an enviable reputation. We are hiring enthusiastic, hardworking staff with a passion for customer service (and of course gelato) and for supervising to join our existing team. For this role you will be required to work weekdays and weekends.

· Experience in hospitality, or gelateria preferred and as a supervisor or manager
· Problem solver
· Passion for the service industry and an interest in food
· Can-do attitude is essential, lead and be an example
· Friendly, bubbly personality is essential
· Customer service excellence and proactive approach to creating a warm and friendly community environment
· Punctuality is essential
· Can work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment
· Well-presented & safety conscious - exemplary hygiene required
· Excellent communication skills, know how to talk and help people to work better
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Happy to work days, nights and weekends
