Hotel Services Director - Tas

• Significant leadership experience across catering, cleaning, laundry or comparable hotel services within aged care
• Evidence of improving service consistency, resident satisfaction or operational performance across multiple locations
• Strong financial capability, including budget preparation, variance analysis, roster control and corrective action
• Experience managing suppliers, contractors, purchasing arrangements and service contracts to achieve quality and value
• Working knowledge of aged care requirements, food safety programs, workplace safety and audit preparation
• A record of using resident feedback, service data and quality findings to implement sustainable improvements
• The ability to lead dispersed teams through clear accountability, effective delegation, coaching and capability development
• Relevant hospitality or hotel services qualifications are preferred, together with the capacity to travel as the role requires
