Position Summary

As NAPS continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Marketing and Student Recruitment Manager to drive student enrolments, strengthen education agent partnerships, and support the delivery of strategic marketing initiatives.

Based at our Melbourne campus, this role is well suited to a recruitment or business development professional with experience in international education and a strong understanding of the higher education sector. You will play a key role in supporting the growth of the institution and contributing to the achievement of enrolment targets.

Working as part of a small and supportive team, you will engage with prospective students, education agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive and seamless student recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive onshore student recruitment activities and achieve enrolment targets.

• Manage prospective student enquiries and convert leads into enrolments.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international education agents.

• Support the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

• Represent NAPS at student recruitment events, education exhibitions, school visits, and agent briefings.

• Monitor recruitment activity, market trends, and lead conversion performance.

• Collaborate closely with Admissions, Academic, and Student Services teams to ensure a seamless student journey from enquiry to enrolment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring a combination of recruitment expertise, relationship management skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting student success, and:

• A minimum of one year's experience in the Higher Education sector, or five years' experience within the VET sector, in Melbourne.

• Mandarin or other East Asian language skills will be highly regarded.

• Demonstrated success in student recruitment, sales, business development, or a related field.

• A sound understanding of international student recruitment and Genuine Student requirements.

• Experience working with education agents and developing recruitment partnerships.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Strong organisational and time management capabilities.

• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
