About the Role

SAGE IT is seeking a Client Success Co-Ordinator (CSC) to join our dynamic Business Development team.

This is a part-time position based in our Barangaroo, NSW 2000 office. For part-time candidates, the expected commitment is 20-25 hours per week.

The role will support client engagement, business development, onboarding and ongoing client coordination. You will work closely with clients, sales stakeholders and global delivery teams to ensure timely responses, effective follow-ups and a professional client experience.

This opportunity is open to interns/recent graduates and experienced candidates interested in developing their careers in Client Success, Business Development, Sales or Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in client engagement and discovery conversations.

• Support preparation of proposals, capability decks and commercial responses.

• Coordinate client follow-ups, meeting actions and opportunity progress reports.

• Support client onboarding, compliance checks and documentation.

• Assist with marketing campaigns, client events and business development activities.

• Maintain a professional and responsive presence in all client meetings and communications.

• Liaise with global delivery and internal teams to ensure response timelines and client expectations are met.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, client interactions and opportunity updates.

• Support identification of upsell and business expansion opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organisational, coordination and follow-up skills.

• Interest or experience in Client Success, Business Development, Sales or Account Management.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is desirable.

• Preferred: Experience in IT services, technology or software implementation.
