Senior / Registered Surveyor

Gold Coast, based in Robina | Up to $160,000 Salary + Super + Vehicle + Phone + Fuel Card

Elevate Surveying is an established cadastral surveying practice based in Robina, on the Gold Coast, delivering subdivision, detail and boundary surveys, plan sealing and titling for developers, builders, town planners and homeowners across South East Queensland. Led by a Director with over 18 years' industry experience, the practice has built a genuine reputation for reliability and a growing pipeline of work across SEQ.

We're growing, and we're looking for a Senior or Registered Surveyor to join the team - whether you're fully registered, working toward endorsement, or a senior surveyor looking to take the next step. We're interested in someone who's great at their job and wants to build a career with us.

·         Salary up to $160,000 (dependent on experience and registration status)

Based on the Gold Coast, working on projects across South East Queensland.

You'll be involved in the full spectrum of what we do:

·         Subdivision and land titling (standard format and building format)

·         Identification and boundary surveys

·         Contour and feature surveys

·         Construction set-out and boundary offsets

·         Easement and lease plans

·         Feasibility and proposal plans

·         Registered Surveyor, senior surveyor working toward endorsement, or someone close to it - we'll support you through the final stages if you're nearly there

·         Solid experience in cadastral surveying (Queensland experience is a plus; we'll help with anything QLD-specific if you're coming from interstate)

·         Confidence across both field and office work, with strong plan preparation skills and the ability to multitask and balance multiple projects

·         Someone who takes ownership of projects and communicates well with the team, clients and consultants
