Service Receptionist

About the role

This is a full-time Service Receptionist position at GWS Chadstone Pty Ltd, in Oakleigh, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with customer-facing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the service team with Service Reception and general administrative tasks as required
• Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide a high level of customer service
• Conduct post-visit customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Monitor customer experience (CX) survey responses and report on key trends and feedback
• Monitor and update customer contact records as needed for accuracy

About you

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 5:00pm
