We’re partnering with an established, growing MSP looking for a motivated Level 1 Service Desk Engineer to join a collaborative technical team.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing Level 1 Service Desk support across infrastructure, cloud and end-user environments
• Supporting and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and endpoint management
• Assisting with Windows, Active Directory and basic Group Policy administration
• Troubleshooting basic networking, VPN and connectivity issues
• Logging, managing and resolving tickets within the Service Desk environment
• Escalating more complex technical issues to L2/L3 Engineers
• Getting involved in project work from day one, including migrations and deployments
• Building your technical knowledge and progressing your career within the MSP

What you'll bring:

• Previous Service Desk / IT Support experience - essential
• 12 months MSP - Essential
• Australian Permanent Residency – essential
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
• Basic networking knowledge
• A genuine interest in developing your technical skills and career
