About You

• Proven mining/resources industry experience and/or contractor onboarding expertise
• Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against tight project deadlines
• Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Previous experience with contractor management systems

Job Role

• Support contractor onboarding, training coordination, and compliance activities using the Avetta system
• Validate and migrate training and compliance data from legacy systems
• Assist supplier administrators and contractors with system navigation and onboarding queries
• Support data clean-up activities and gap analysis reporting to ensure workforce records accuracy
• Engage with multiple stakeholder groups to facilitate successful adoption of the new contractor management process
