We are currently recruiting sous chefs, demi chefs and commis chefs to work within our bistro kitchen team. You will be responsible for the day to day operation of a section in our kitchen. You will have experience on fryers, grills, pans and pizzas, using a variety of cookery methods and conduct of al a carte service in professional, high volume kitchens. Sous chefs will have experience with ordering and stock control, staff management and leading service periods in the absence of the head chef.
