Retail Shop Assistant – Narrabri Spice Mart

Narrabri Spice Mart is looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Retail Shop Assistant to join our team.

The role involves providing great customer service and helping with the day-to-day running of the store.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Operating the cash register and handling payments

• Restocking shelves and organising products

• Keeping the shop clean, tidy and well presented

• Checking stock and assisting with deliveries

• Helping customers locate products and answering general enquiries

• Assisting with other general store duties as required

We are looking for someone who:

• Is reliable, punctual and responsible

• Has good communication and customer service skills

• Is friendly and comfortable working with customers

• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Is willing to learn

• Has good attention to detail

• Is available for flexible shifts

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided.
