As part of our growing digital business, you'll also support a portfolio of leading footwear brands, working across multiple ecommerce websites and online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the online product flow plan, ensuring new products are photographed, uploaded and launched on time across all websites and marketplaces.
• Coordinate ecommerce product photography, samples and creative briefs with internal teams.
• Support promotional activity across all online channels, including website updates, merchandising changes and campaign execution.
• Conduct daily website checks to ensure product information, pricing, imagery and promotions are accurate.
• Write engaging product copy and assist in maintaining an optimised online catalogue to support conversion.
• Monitor competitor online activity and report insights on pricing, promotions and digital trends.
• Identify and escalate technical issues across ecommerce platforms in a timely manner.
• Work with internal teams to support stock availability, replenishment and timely deliveries.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, online merchandising or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong written communication skills with experience writing product or marketing copy.
• Commercial awareness and interest in ecommerce trends and customer behaviour.
• Positive attitude, team player mentality and willingness to learn
