Fleet Receptionist

We are now looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrator to join our Fleet Department at Brendale.

As the first point of contact for our Fleet Department, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our customers, visitors and team members.

Working closely with the Sales team, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day presentation and functionality of reception while providing reliable administrative support to keep the department running smoothly.

This is a permanent full-time position based at our Brendale site in North Brisbane.

• Welcoming customers, visitors and suppliers to the dealership

• Managing incoming calls and maintaining the switchboard

• Directing enquiries to the appropriate team members

• Accurately recording customer enquiries in dealership systems

• Managing incoming and outgoing mail

• Preparing, maintaining and organising dealership records and documentation

• Keeping reception and customer waiting areas professional, welcoming and tidy

• Providing general administrative support to the Fleet and Sales teams

• Assisting with other day-to-day administrative requirements as needed

You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in being organised and understands the importance of creating a great first impression.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service

• Automotive or dealership experience – highly regarded, but not essential

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organisational and time-management skills

• Confidence working in a busy environment and managing competing priorities

• Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn new systems

• A reliable, professional and positive approach

• The ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player
