Power Pages & Power Platform Lead Developer

This role can be based from Adelaide, Melbourne or Tasmania. 

We are seeking a Lead Power Pages & Power Platform Developer to join our Microsoft practice and work across customer-facing portal solutions, Dynamics 365 CE and the broader Power Platform.

This is a hands-on development role where strong, practical Power Pages experience is essential. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing secure, user-friendly portals and integrating them with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse to deliver great digital experiences for our customers.
You will work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, customers and delivery teams to turn requirements into robust, scalable solutions.

Role

• Design, develop and enhance Microsoft Power Pages portals for customer and external user experiences.
• Build responsive and user-friendly portal experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Liquid.
• Configure and develop Power Pages sites, including authentication, permissions, web roles, page templates, forms, lists and navigation.
• Develop and customise Dataverse solutions supporting Power Pages and Dynamics 365.
• Develop integrations between Power Pages, Dynamics 365 CE / CRM, Dataverse and other systems.
• Build and customise Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including tables/entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows and other CRM functionality.
• Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Work with APIs and integration technologies to connect portal and CRM solutions with external systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex development and production issues.
• Work closely with functional consultants and customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Follow development best practice across security, performance, accessibility, testing and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to reusable components, development standards and technical documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other developers where required.

• Strong commercial experience developing Microsoft Power Pages portals 
• Demonstrated experience building and customising customer-facing or external-facing Power Pages solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Power Pages architecture, Dataverse, authentication and security, including web roles and table permissions.
• Strong front-end development skills including HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with Liquid templates and Power Pages development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development.
• Experience developing and customising Dataverse solutions.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience integrating Power Pages / Dataverse / Dynamics 365 with other systems and APIs.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 CE customisation, configuration and development.
• Experience with source control and deployment practices, ideally using Azure DevOps.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of security, performance and accessibility considerations for portal development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with customers and delivery teams.
