The Role

Riverbar & Kitchen is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our high-performing brigade. Working in a high-volume kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing quality ingredients, working across multiple sections, and delivering consistent, high-quality dishes each service, while maintaining a clean, organised kitchen and upholding HACCP standards.

We are looking for chefs who are strong all rounders, with grill or pan section experience who can confidently run these sections during busy service.

Experience in premium casual dining venues or well-known gastro pubs, along with the ability to stay calm and perform under pressure in a high-volume environment, will set you up for success.
