Chef de Partie

Bathers' Pavilion is Sydney's most iconic beachside restaurant, located at Balmoral Beach, just 20 minutes from the city. It operates with a fine dining Restaurant, a busy upmarket Bistro, a Thai Restaurant, a Function Room, a takeaway Kiosk and an Art Gallery. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic full time or part time Che de Partie who is passionate about the industry. You'll be working in a fast paced environment. 

We are focused on fantastic, simple food cooked with equal parts passion and fun.

You will work alongside a dynamic team of chefs committed to preparing and serving great food right next to one of Sydney’s most spectacular beaches.

Requirements

• Career-driven chef
• Proven ability in similar kitchens
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication skills
• A willingness to learn new things

Bathers' is accessible via public transport, or there is street parking in the vicinity. Staff meals are provided each day, and during the warmer months, you can also go for a swim during your break.
