About the role
About the role: We create beautiful smiles, join a friendly, fun team.
This is a full-time administration role spread over 4 days a week, with no weekend work. You will be an integral member of our close-knit, supportive team. Your main responsibilities include:
Front desk/reception duties
Preparing and managing payment plans
General office administration
The suitable applicant will:
Be positive, well-presented and reliable
Will suit someone who has previously had admin or clinical roles in other health professions/ hospital settings, and has experience with patients.
Be a great team-player and proactive
Have the willingness to learn
Must have valid work visa or appropriate Australian work rights
Previous dental or orthodontic experience is essential.
This administration role will suit a range of experience levels - if you have the right friendly personality and can-do attitude, we will train you. Salary will be commensurate on experience.
