Your Impact

Key Responsibilities

• Perform specialised maintenance and diagnostics across our utilities services
• Own and improve preventative maintenance programs for your area of responsibility
• Coach and support operational teams with technical expertise
• Lead scheduled and breakdown maintenance, including execution of maintenance days
• Ensure machines are set up correctly and contribute to continuous improvement of plant capability

About You

• Trade qualifications with proven exposure to manufacturing environments within food/beverage, pharmaceutical, FMCG or complex industrial manufacturing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, you know how to ask questions and uncover problems with pace
• Safety focused and process-driven mentality
• Experience in reliability management and FMCG or food manufacturing environments
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
