Trade Support Analyst

We're looking for a motivated individual to join our APAC Middle Office team as a Trading Operations Analyst, supporting our systematic equities and ETF desks across APAC markets. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role where you'll play a critical part in ensuring our traders can operate safely and efficiently throughout the trading day.

Your Core Responsibilities

Tracking and managing the full lifecycle of corporate actions (stock splits, bonus shares, changed tickers, acquisitions, spinoffs, bankruptcies, divests, fund mergers) and the associated position changesProviding traders with a clear view of tradeable positions and outstanding issues before safe market entryWorking with prime brokers and clearers to correct reports, co-ordinating across multiple counterparties simultaneouslyReconciling P&L and cash breaks, including swap-related and corporate action-driven breaksContributing to ETF P&L analysis and refinement, including multi-currency complexityParticipating in the design and build of internal tooling to improve visibility of issues

Your Skills And Experience

2-4 years’ experience in a Middle Office, Trade Support or Product Control roleTertiary education in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and comfort working under time pressureAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously across different marketsA collaborative team player who communicates clearly and proactivelyExperience with Python, SQL, VBA and Claude Code is preferred but not essential
