About The RoleWe are seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our growing team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement therapy supports for clients across different age groups, with a predominantly paediatric caseload. You will work closely with children and families to support participation, independence, emotional regulation, sensory processing, and daily living skills, with opportunities to work across the lifespan depending on your interests and caseload.
Our client population primarily includes individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), developmental delays, sensory processing differences, and other neurodevelopmental presentations. You will work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary environment to deliver individualised, evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s strengths and needs.
Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced clinician, we are committed to supporting your professional growth. New graduates will benefit from a structured transition into clinical practice with personalised support including weekly 1:1 supervision, opportunities for collaborative sessions, and gradual caseload progression to build confidence and clinical skills.
Experienced clinicians will have the opportunity to build a caseload that reflects their interests and strengths, while contributing to the ongoing growth and development of occupational therapy services within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and develop tailored intervention plans- Implement evidence-based therapy to support sensory regulation, emotional regulation, fine motor skills, play skills, self-care, and participation in everyday activities- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed- Work closely with families, caregivers, educators, support coordinators, and other healthcare professionals- Complete reports and supporting documentation where required- Participate in professional development activities to keep current with best practices and research
About You- Strong work ethic and desire to work as part of a team and independently- Ability to positively engage with clients and their families- Passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals and family-centred practice- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Benefits and Remuneration- Flexible work arrangements- Professional development budget of up to $1,500 per calendar year, plus two additional days off to complete training- Friendly and supportive team environment- Competitive salary package between $80,000 - $120,000 plus super based on experience
