We deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy and allied health services across a variety of settings, including our clinic, children's homes, schools, early learning centres, and community environments.
Our services support children with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing differences, learning difficulties, and other functional challenges. We are committed to providing family-centred, neurodiversity-affirming, and strengths-based therapy that empowers children to reach their full potential. About the Role
Due to continued growth in demand for paediatric occupational therapy services, we are seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with children, families, educators and allied health professionals to deliver evidence-based interventions that improve functional outcomes and participation in everyday activities. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for children aged 1–18 years. Develop, implement and review individualised intervention plans. Deliver evidence-based therapy targeting sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, self-care, emotional regulation and school participation.
Provide occupational therapy services in clinic, home, school, childcare and community settings, including Telehealth where appropriate. Educate and support parents, caregivers and educators to implement therapy strategies across daily environments. Prepare high-quality clinical documentation, reports and progress notes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, teachers and medical practitioners. Maintain professional standards in accordance with AHPRA, the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia and NDIS Practice Standards. Participate in clinical supervision, professional development and quality improvement activities.
Essential Requirements Bachelor or higher qualification in Occupational Therapy. Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Current Working with Children Check. Current National Police Check.
Current Australian Driver Licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delay and sensory processing differences. Experience within paediatric, school-based or NDIS settings.
Knowledge of family-centred and neurodiversity-affirming practice. What We Offer
Competitive salary of $80,000 per annum plus superannuation. Full-time permanent employment (38 hours per week). Ongoing professional development and clinical supervision.
