About the Role
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build their career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience across email marketing, social media, digital campaigns, eCommerce, content and reporting. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of Bowens' digital marketing activity and work closely with the broader Marketing team, internal stakeholders, suppliers and agency partners.
You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’re looking for someone with a strong interest in digital marketing, great attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
What you'll be doing
Create, schedule and report on email campaigns using KlaviyoSchedule and publish social media contentSupport digital campaigns, promotions and eventsAssist with website and eCommerce updatesPrepare campaign briefs and coordinate creative assetsAssist with digital reporting, analytics and campaign trackingWork with internal teams, branches, suppliers and agency partners
About you
You’ll ideally have:A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or similar0–2 years’ experience in marketing or a related roleA genuine interest in digital marketing, social media, CRM and eCommerceExcellent attention to detail and strong organisation skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsConfidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointA proactive attitude and willingness to learnAn understanding of social media platforms
Experience with Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Business Suite or content management systems is advantageous but not essential — we’ll provide training and support.
