About the Role 

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build their career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience across email marketing, social media, digital campaigns, eCommerce, content and reporting. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of Bowens' digital marketing activity and work closely with the broader Marketing team, internal stakeholders, suppliers and agency partners. 

You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’re looking for someone with a strong interest in digital marketing, great attention to detail and a willingness to learn. 

What you'll be doing

• Create, schedule and report on email campaigns using Klaviyo

• Schedule and publish social media content

• Support digital campaigns, promotions and events

• Assist with website and eCommerce updates

• Prepare campaign briefs and coordinate creative assets

• Assist with digital reporting, analytics and campaign tracking

• Work with internal teams, branches, suppliers and agency partners

About you

You’ll ideally have:

• A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or similar

• 0–2 years’ experience in marketing or a related role

• A genuine interest in digital marketing, social media, CRM and eCommerce

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• An understanding of social media platforms

Experience with Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Business Suite or content management systems is advantageous but not essential — we’ll provide training and support.
