Realmark is seeking a motivated Property Manager to join our team in a remote or local role, looking after a Karratha Portfolio. If remote you'll have the luxury to work from home and regularly travelling to Karratha to connect with clients, collaborate with the on-site team, and manage your portfolio on the ground. You must be willing to communicate consistently with your team on the ground in Karratha and be very available to coach and mentor a growing team.

- Able and willing to work from home and have a suitable office setup
- Available to travel to Karratha for onboarding
- Willing to travel to Karratha every 6 weeks for 1-week duration
- Flights, car & accommodation provided when in Karratha

About the Position

About You

You’re someone who wants to grow, lead and be part of something bigger and improve your skills. You’re reliable, confident, driven and you’re not afraid of travel or hard work.

You will need to

- 2 years plus of Property Management Experience
-Current Property Management Registration or Unrestricted Registration
-Have a current driver's licence
-Be computer literate and tech-savvy
-Work autonomously and manage your time effectively
-Show initiative, resilience, and attention to detail
