CHEF DE PARTIE – FULL TIME or Casual

The Breslin Bar & Grill | Southbank

We’re looking for a great Chef de Partie to join our team at The Breslin Bar & Grill in Southbank.

We’re a busy, established restaurant and we’re looking for someone who knows their way around a kitchen, enjoys a fast-paced service and, most importantly, can confidently take control of either the Grill or Pan section.

This role would suit someone with at least 3 years’ experience who doesn’t need to be constantly supervised. We want someone who can come in, get organised, own their section and work well alongside the rest of the kitchen team.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

• Confident running Grill or Pan section independently

• Comfortable with busy, high-volume services

• Good organisation and time management

• Consistent with quality and presentation

• Reliable, hardworking and a good team player

• Someone who takes pride in what they put on the plate

• Immediate start

• Full-time or casual employment

• Plenty of hours available for the right person
