Sales Assistant – Residential & Commercial Sales

About the Role

Lawson is looking for a driven, personable Sales Assistant to work alongside our Sales Director across our residential and commercial sales business. You'll manage our office listings and support on resi and commercial deals from lead through to settlement — a genuine foot in the door for someone who wants to build a career in real estate sales, backed by a base salary plus real commission upside.

What you'll be doing

• Generating and following up new sales leads

• Preparing comparable market reports (CMAs) ahead of listing appointments

• Supporting the Sales Director in listing presentations

• Coordinating marketing and sales administration for every listing, start to finish

• Delivering first-class buyer service — enquiries, inspections and follow-up

• Keeping vendors in the loop with regular, proactive communication and reports

• Getting out to open homes as required

What we're looking for

• Real estate experience (sales, administration or property management) or a strong track record in a customer-facing sales role

• A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or a willingness to obtain one)

• Confident, warm communication — comfortable on the phone and face-to-face with vendors and buyers

• Highly organised, with sharp attention to detail

• A current driver's licence

• Experience with VaultRE (or a similar CRM) and Microsoft Office is a plus

• A genuine desire to build a long-term career in real estate sales

Hours: Monday to Saturday (Wednesdays off), 8:30am – 5:00pm
