Titan Advice Group is a multi office financial planning business offering holistic financial planning advice to those who want to live their best financial life. To help with the growth in our business, we are seeking a part time Client Services Officer / Centrelink Specialist to join our team, working remotely 10 - 15 hours per week.
The role
Part time (10 to 15 hours per week), we are looking for a proactive Client Services Officer with good Centrelink knowledge to work closely with our Financial Planning offices, the Financial Planners and their clients whilst supporting their Centrelink needs, requirements etc.
This role is part time, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting clients with their Centrelink queries via phone and email
Maintenance of client records across various platforms inc Xplan, Hubspot, Proda etc.
Monitoring / overseeing age pension applications
Preparing and submitting Centrelink updates to ensure client information is current
Ad-hoc dealing with Centrelink, following up queries etc.
Qualifications
Client Services / Centrelink experience
Helpful attitude with a Client-focused approach, provide a high level of service
Good written & verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with an ability to multi-task, follow processes etc.
