Mount Monger Operation Site Overview:

The Mount Monger Operation (MMO) is an expansive tenement package located 50km southeast of Kalgoorlie. Spanning multiple gold mineralisation styles, this dynamic operation currently includes the Daisy Milano Underground Mine, the Santa, French Kiss and Flora Dora Open pit mines and the Randalls Gold Processing Facility.

The purpose of the position of the Site Administrator is to provide general site administration support at Santa, French Kiss and Flora Dora Open pit mines as well as data input and system (Pronto, SALT, Inflight, Intuition/LMS) administration for Vault Minerals (VAU).

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Manage and maintain site rosters for personnel movements in InFlight – days worked, flights, leave, etc.
• Monitor daily Fitness for Work (breathalyser) reports and follow up an anomalies
• Monitor and maintain SALT and InFlight applications on a daily basis
• Book and manage site mobilisation and accommodation requirements for Vault employees and selected contractors
• Manager reception area & all incoming calls
• Assist accounts & payroll teams with collation and submissions of purchase receipts, timesheets, leave forms, etc.
• Prepare Requisitions and Purchase Orders for various departments
• Receipting of invoices for various departments across the site
• Provide administrative support to the site team
• Collate and process Contractor timesheets
• Order stationary and general consumables, etc. for site
• Assist Senior Site Administrator with administration tasks when required

About You:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Completion of education up to a senior secondary level
• WA Driver’s License (manual C Class)
