About the role

In this casual role, you will elevate the guest experience from the moment people walk through our doors. You will be the face of premium Gold Coast hospitality at Qube Resort, delivering exceptional service in our Broadbeach location.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering a warm, first-class welcome and check-in experience

• Ensuring smooth, efficient check-outs and fond farewells

• Acting as the ultimate local guide, answering guest inquiries and sharing insider tips

• Managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and keeping the lobby looking immaculate

• Solving guest requests with a positive, can-do attitude

About you

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hotel front office or guest services role

• Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering top-tier customer service

• Tech-savvy mindset, with hotel management software experience (REI Cloud experience is a massive plus)

• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities with a smile

• Valid Australian working rights
