The Role

McIlwain is seeking applications for an Experienced Site Supervisor to join our team working on a subdivision project in Morningside.

Skills & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Supervisory site role

• Liaise and co-ordinate with the Project Manager/Senior Supervisor/Construction Manager about overall project requirements.

• Supervisor must ensure that all active tasks have a relevant and complete Pre task assessment

• Plan and organise timely provision of resources for the works completion

• Assess subcontract works and materials supplies.

• Plan about resources and program milestones and targets.

The successful applicant should have the following attributes:

• Cert IV in Civil Construction.

• Tickets for operation of Excavator, Roller or Grader desirable

• Be proactive and approachable.

• Be a team player.

• Great communication.
