Twin City Hotel is Townsville’s newest showstopper—set to be one of Australia’s largest hotel venues. We’re building a superstar team and want upbeat, guest-obsessed Bar Attendants and Floor Staff to help us bring the vibe to life.
About the roleShake, pour, serve and deliver top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced venue with state-of-the-art kitchen
Rotate across Downtown Bar, Herveys Bistro, The Buffet and floor service
Look after guests from the first hello to the last goodbye
Hours grow with your energy, reliability, and willingness to learn
Customer focus and genuine engagement
Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
Clear, confident communication
Pride in presentation and venue cleanliness
RSA (or willingness to obtain)
