About the role
Every student deserves the opportunity to succeed.
As our Start Strong Navigator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how support reaches students who need it most. This is a newly funded opportunity to lead the operational delivery and continuous improvement of The Gordon's Wrap Around Services initiative, helping students overcome barriers, stay engaged and build brighter futures.
This is more than a student support role. It's an opportunity to create meaningful change across an entire organisation, build innovative support pathways and influence student success outcomes at scale. You'll work alongside passionate educators, wellbeing professionals and community partners to ensure students receive the right support at the right time.
About the Role
You'll be the driving force behind our Start Strong initiative, enabling early intervention, case coordination, referral pathways and service integration activities which improve student engagement, retention and completion outcomes. You'll combine strategic thinking witha practical person-centred approach, ensuring support systems deliver real impact for students across their educational journey.

About You
You're someone who sees both the individual and the bigger picture. You understand complex support needs, enjoy building collaborative partnerships and know how to turn strategy into practical outcomes. You're confident leading through influence, navigating complexity and creating solutions which genuinely improve people's lives.

Salary Range
PACCT 6 | $90,069.00 + Superannuation
