About the role:

We’re looking for a Content Creator & Editor who lives and breathes social content. You’ll take ideas from concept to screen, filming, presenting and editing scroll-stopping content across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.

With strong CapCut skills, sharp creative instincts and a genuine passion for fitness, food and healthy living, you’ll help make My Muscle Chef a brand people want to watch, follow and engage with.

Key Responsibilities but not limited too:

High-Volume Editing & Production

• Create and edit approximately 50 pieces of social content each week, including original videos, cut-downs, variations and platform-specific edits.
• Use advanced CapCut skills to create high-performing content with strong hooks, pacing, storytelling, captions, music and transitions.

On-Camera Content & Presenting

• Become one of the recognisable faces of My Muscle Chef, bringing confidence, energy and personality to our social channels.
• Present engaging content across fitness, food, nutrition and lifestyle, from taste tests and challenges to interviews, trends and behind-the-scenes content.

Content Creation, Shooting & Direction

• Own content from idea to execution, developing concepts, scripting, filming, presenting and editing social-first content.
• Direct influencers, athletes, creators and team members to capture authentic content across a range of locations and formats.

Trends, Platforms & Creative Craft

• Stay ahead of social trends, creators, memes, sounds and emerging formats, particularly across fitness, food and lifestyle culture.
• Turn trends and cultural moments into fresh, original content that feels relevant, engaging and unmistakably My Muscle Chef.

Performance & Optimisation

• Use social performance insights including reach, retention, watch time and engagement to understand what resonates with our audience.
• Continually test and optimise hooks, formats, scripts and edits to create stronger-performing content.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Head of Creative, Content & Community and wider Marketing team to deliver the weekly content pipeline.
• Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, athletes and creators to bring ideas to life across organic and paid social.

Skills & Experience:

• 4–6+ years’ experience creating and editing social content in-house, brand-side or within a creative/social agency.
• Advanced CapCut skills, supported by a strong portfolio or showreel of high-performing short-form content.
• Proven ability to script, shoot, present and edit engaging vertical video at a high weekly volume.
• A confident, natural on-camera presence with the personality and creative instincts to make content feel authentic, not overly scripted.
• A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms, including trends, hooks, storytelling and audience behaviour.
• A genuine passion for fitness, food, nutrition and active living, with the organisation and agility to thrive in a fast-moving content environment.
