About the role
We are looking for a highly organised Store Development & Facilities Coordinator to support our Store Planning team and help keep our growing retail network running at its best.
Working across our portfolio of leading Australian retail brands, you'll coordinate facilities, maintenance and store development activities, partnering with internal teams, suppliers and contractors to support safe, well-maintained and operational stores.
THE ROLE:
Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance requests across our retail store network. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, landlords and internal stakeholders to ensure maintenance works are completed efficiently. Obtain quotes, raise purchase orders and process invoices for maintenance and store planning activities. Track maintenance requests from initiation through to completion, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Maintain contractor records, compliance documentation and preventative maintenance schedules. Provide administrative support across store openings, refurbishments, relocations and maintenance programs. Maintain project documentation, shared drives, trackers and reporting for the Store Planning team. Coordinate procurement of store fixtures, equipment, maintenance services and office supplies. Support supplier onboarding, purchase order management and expenditure tracking. Prepare reports, meeting agendas, minutes and project documentation while contributing to continuous process improvements. On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Previous experience in administration, facilities, procurement, property or project coordination. Experience coordinating maintenance requests or working with contractors will be highly regarded. Confidence raising purchase orders and processing invoices. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines. Strong attention to detail and exceptional administrative capability. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience using purchasing, facilities or project management systems is advantageous. A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable but not essential. WHY JOIN THE BRANDBANK GROUP TEAM?
