Claims Executive - Insurance Broking

About the Role

As a Claims Executive, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of end-to-end claims, delivering prompt, fair, and high-quality outcomes for our clients.

• Engaging with customers and responding to claims enquiries with professionalism and care.

• Listen attentively to customer needs and deliver an exceptional client experience

• Apply strong problem-solving skills whilst identifying and managing recovery opportunities.

• Provide timely follow-ups and updates in line with the General Insurance Code of Practice.

About You:

• Experience in a claims servicing role

• Understanding of Insurance legislation and Code of Practice

• Ability to connect with people and build trust

• 2+ years experience handling Commercial claims across general insurance lines, Motor and Property

• Sound computer skills, confident communication skills, a collaborative approach, and excellent attention to detail

• Career focused, responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic.

• Minimum Tier 2 qualification in General Insurance.
