We're seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader Traffic & Transport Engineeringto lead a highly skilled team and help shape the future of transport planning, road safety and parking management across our municipality.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role and drive key strategic initiatives while leading day-to-day operational delivery.
What We've Got On
Over the next 12 months, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering several high-profile projects, including:
Leading the development of Manningham's new Parking Management Policy Review, ensuring future parking demands are met through contemporary, evidence-based planning.Guiding the development of strategic traffic and transport policies, plans and programs.Leading a small team of traffic engineering professionals in the delivery of operational and strategic outcomes.Providing expert technical advice on traffic, transport, road safety and road network planning matters.Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, government agencies and the community to achieve positive outcomes.

What You Bring
Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering or a related discipline.Registered Professional EngineerDemonstrated experience in traffic and transport engineering, policy development and project delivery.Experience leading and developing teams in a collaborative environment.Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and communication skills.The ability to balance strategic objectives with operational priorities.A passion for creating safer, more connected and sustainable transport outcomes.
