The Role

As the Draftsperson, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate residential construction documentation from concept through to working drawings. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, meeting client expectations, legislative requirements and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce preliminary, planning and working drawings using ArchiCAD.
• Prepare documentation for single and double-storey residential homes.
• Process client variations and design amendments.
• Ensure drawings comply with NCC, R-Codes, local council and developer requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams, engineers, surveyors and external consultants.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing records.
• Provide technical drafting support throughout the construction process.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

About You

You'll be an experienced residential Draftsperson with solid knowledge of the WA building industry and the confidence to manage your workload independently. You take pride in producing high-quality documentation, communicate well with others and enjoy being part of a close-knit team where everyone works together towards a common goal.
