KTR Creations | Perth, WAWe’re looking for an experienced Intermediate Draftsperson to join our growing design and drafting team.This is a great opportunity for someone who has solid residential drafting experience, takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality homes for our clients.
The RoleYou’ll work closely with our Designers and Drafting Team to develop detailed documentation for a range of residential projects, including new homes, renovations, extensions and unit developments.You’ll be responsible for:Preparing detailed architectural drawings and documentationDeveloping plans from concept through to construction documentationWorking from designer concepts and client briefsProducing accurate, detailed and buildable drawingsLiaising with Designers, Consultants and the wider teamMaking amendments and responding to project requirementsEnsuring drawings meet relevant standards and requirementsManaging your workload and meeting project deadlines
About YouWe’re looking for someone who:Has minimum 2+ years' residential drafting experienceIs confident using 2D CAD SoftwareHas strong attention to detail and a high standard of documentationUnderstands residential construction and building practicesCan interpret and develop architectural conceptsIs organised and able to manage multiple projectsTakes pride in producing quality workIs confident working both independently and as part of a teamHas a positive, proactive attitude and is keen to continue developing their skills
