Test Lead – Retail Integration Testing

CloudMarc is looking for an experienced Test Lead with a strong background in complex retail and integration testing to join a major enterprise program in Melbourne.This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving testing across complex retail platforms, integrations and end-to-end business processes.
The RoleYou’ll be responsible for:Leading testing across complex retail systems and integrations.Developing and managing the overall test strategy, planning and execution.Leading integration, system, functional, regression and end-to-end testing.Validating complex integrations across multiple applications, APIs and downstream systems.Testing critical end-to-end retail business processes and customer journeys.Managing test scenarios, test cases, test data and execution.Identifying integration dependencies, risks and potential failure points.Managing defects, triage and release readiness.Coordinating testing across engineering, product, business and delivery teams.Providing clear test reporting, quality metrics and stakeholder updates.Leading and supporting testers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
What We're Looking ForStrong Test Lead / Senior Test Lead experience.Extensive retail testing experience – essential.Proven experience testing complex enterprise retail environments.Strong integration and end-to-end testing experience.Experience testing integrations across multiple platforms and systems.Strong understanding of APIs, interfaces and system-to-system data flows.Experience managing complex dependencies across large programs.Strong functional and manual testing fundamentals.API testing experience with tools such as Postman highly regarded.SQL/data validation experience highly regarded.Experience working within large Agile delivery environments.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
