Receptionist

Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Esperance Toyota has been operating in the local Esperance community for over 18 years. We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team for a fixed 12-month contract.

Key job functions:

· Managing and directing the main switchboard

· Liaising with other team members for customer inquiries

· Applying a strong attention to detail with a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience

· General office duties as required, including customer drop-off, banking, and post office collection

· Vehicle licensing and administration

· Support to the administration and accounts team

· Must have a valid driver's license

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

· Well-presented with exceptional interpersonal and customer relations skills

· Dedication to providing an exceptional experience to both internal and external guests

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· Sound computer skills; experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Strong organizational skills and good time management

· Strong data entry and administration skills

· Ability to provide assistance and work within different departments in the dealership

· A commitment to continual improvement
