Have you had previous retail management experience?

We are seeking an experienced retail manager to work in our Erina store. You'll be involved in all aspects of managing a retail toy store, coaching and leading a team of staff, and interacting with customers on a daily basis. Working closely with head office and your team of trusted staff, your role as a key member of the team, will be ensuring the smooth running of the store and bringing smiles to children and adults alike. Your role will include:

• key holder - opening and closing procedures

• daily team delegation and motivation

• team building

• inventory management

• integrated involvement with head office

• administration, rostering and banking

• exceptional customer service

• register operations and cash handling

• creative merchandising + store upkeep

• stock handling

• fulfilment of weekly training courses

• learning about toys, games and hobbies

• overseeing operations in the Christmas Warehouse
  

What makes you an ideal candidate?

• Minimum 5 day availability required (Ideally Tuesday- Saturday)

• Flexibility with working hours on occasion

• Previous retail management experience (+3 Years)

• Experience in similar bulk product retail management is preferred

• A strong work ethic, with a can-do attitude!

• Ability to learn on the job in a fast-paced environment

• Capability for an immediate start!
