What you'll contribute


Are you an organised customer service or administration professional who enjoys working with systems, solving enquiries, and keeping high-volume processes moving accurately?

We're looking for a Customer Support & Reporting Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day administration of Toyota Fleet Management's (TFM) Connected Mobility products and services.

In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to process requests, coordinate orders, respond to enquiries, and help deliver a professional customer experience. You don't need to be a technical expert - we'll provide product and system training. What matters most is strong customer service, accuracy, organisation, and a willingness to learn.

This role is a permanent full-time role based at Grosvenor Place, Sydney

How you'll make an impact

• Process TFM Connected Mobility product requests and transactions accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  
• Support operational teams by investigating and helping resolve Connected Mobility invoice and billing enquiries.
  
• Coordinate product and service orders, track progress, and provide timely updates to customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  
• Respond to customer and supplier enquiries in a professional, clear, and timely manner.
  
• Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day Connected Mobility operations in line with company policies and procedures.
  
• Work closely with Product, Fleet Sales, Operations teams, and external suppliers to support positive customer outcomes.
  
• Identify simple opportunities to improve accuracy, turnaround times, and customer experience

Your attributes

• Experience in Fleet or a related industry
  
• Experience in customer service, administration, operations support, order processing, contact centre, finance operations, logistics, or other high-volume transactional work.
  
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate, timely work.
  
• Ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and follow-ups in a busy environment.
  
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
  
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel, with the ability to learn internal systems and technology platforms.
  
• Practical problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions when something is unclear.
  
• Fleet Technology product experience would be helpful, but is not essential.
