Qualified Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic

We're looking for a qualified Automotive Technician to join our friendly and professional team in Sunshine.

Our workshop carries out a wide range of work including:

• Logbook servicing

• Mechanical repairs

• Diagnostics and fault finding

• Brake and suspension repairs

• Steering and suspension work

• Tyre fitting, balancing and puncture repairs

• Wheel alignments (training available if required)

• General vehicle maintenance

We're seeking someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and values honest customer service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Qualified Automotive Technician/Light Vehicle Mechanic trade certificate

• Experience servicing and repairing a wide variety of vehicle makes and models

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

• A current Australian driver's licence

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent attention to detail

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience with tyre fitting and wheel alignments

• Air-conditioning licence

• Roadworthy Licence (or willingness to obtain)

• Victorian Vehicle Tester accreditation
