Duties

• Preventative and reactive maintenance of production machinery
• Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns
• Fault find across conveyors, pumps, gearboxes and processing equipment
• Complete scheduled maintenance to minimise downtime
• Assist with machinery upgrades and continuous improvement
• Welding, fabrication and general mechanical maintenance

Skills & experience

• Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance Fitter
• Food or FMCG manufacturing experience highly regarded
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors and rotating equipment
