We are looking for a motivated, organised and efficient Estimator to join our dynamic  business based in our Smeaton Grange branch, you will report directly to the National Estimating Manager and play a pivotal role in our continued growth.

Qualifications / Skills, experience and attributes

• Experience in residential building (this is highly desirable)

• Strong analytical, time management and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, geotechnical reports to determine optimal piling solutions

• Good communication skills (oral and written) including the ability to influence, build and maintain networks with a range of stakeholders

• Ability to work autonomously and liaise with internal departments as required

• Previous experience using estimating software and systems
