F&B Attendant

About the Position:

Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is currently seeking an experienced F&B Attendant to join our team!

This customer-facing role is responsible for helping deliver a great food and beverage experience for our guests, from taking orders and processing payments to preparing and serving food, coffee and other beverages.

As an F&B Attendant, you’ll help keep our food and dining areas clean, organised and well stocked, prepare food and beverages to our quality standards, maintain displays and provide friendly, efficient service throughout the day.

You’ll also operate our POS and EFTPOS systems, assist with cash handling and reconciliation, respond to guest enquiries and work closely with the wider team to keep things running smoothly during busy periods.

This role suits someone who is friendly, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous food and beverage or customer service experience is preferred, along with an RSA certificate and flexibility to work across weekends, public holidays and peak periods.
