Role Description The Senior Financial Planning Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ballarat, VIC. This role supports financial advisers with the preparation and implementation of financial plans, including documentation, compliance checks, and client file management. Daily activities include managing client records, processing applications and rollovers, coordinating reviews, and preparing reports and correspondence. The position also involves liaising with clients and product providers, scheduling appointments, and ensuring all administrative processes meet regulatory and internal standards. The Senior Financial Planning Administrator contributes to continuous improvement of processes and supports a high level of service delivery across the business.
Qualifications
Strong financial planning and finance knowledge, with experience supporting advisers in a regulated environment.Advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data, prepare reports, and support decision-making.Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, advisers, and external stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.Solid accounting awareness to assist with accurate documentation, reconciliations, and record-keeping.Previous experience in financial planning administration or related financial services roles.Understanding of compliance requirements and industry regulations relevant to financial advice.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems, and standard office applications.Relevant qualifications in finance, financial planning, business, or a related discipline are highly regarded.
